Overview:

5-MeO-MiPT is a psychedelic and hallucinogenic drug, used by some as an entheogen. It has structural and pharmacodynamic properties similar to the drugs 5-MeO-DiPT, DiPT, and MiPT. It is commonly used as a "substitute" for 5-MeO-DiPT (known as "Foxy Methoxy"), and because of the very similar structure and effects, it is commonly referred to as "Moxy" or "Moxie".

When taken orally, 5-MeO-MiPT produces psychedelic effects in less than 20 minutes and can last 4-6 hours with a dosage range from 2-15mg. When smoked, the effects are nearly instantaneous and can last up to 2 hours with a dosage range from 10-20mg.

Side Effects and Adverse Reactions:

5-MeO-MiPT is a research chemical. Research chemicals are experimental chemicals that are not approved for human consumption. This is because not enough data exists currently about their side effects, adverse reactions, long term damage, addiction potential, etc. Although some people are willing to ingest research chemicals, it is not reasonable to assume that they are in any way safe to use recreationally.
