To lucid dream is to realize you are dreaming while you are still asleep.  You may have had fleeting unintentional moments of lucid dreaming that resulted in nothing more than an interesting yet brief experience.  However with practice and the proper external stimulus you can control not only when you lucid dream but also what events transpire in your dream.

By listening to a unique binaural beats brainwave audio that is specifically created with the right frequency combination to aid with lucid dreaming you can keep your brain from slipping into the Delta state which is when your dream typically ends.  The binaural beats brainwave entrainment audio will keep your brain frequency level in the exact state necessary for having a conscious dream.

Below are five easy steps to follow for experiencing lucid dreams:

1. When you are awake choose one object that you see on a daily basis such as your favorite pair of shoes.  As you go through each day take note of every detail of these shoes such as the style, color, laces, sole, material, etc.  Take note of other peoples shoes and all the similarities and differences to yours.  Train yourself to see shoes all day every day until you feel you have become obsessed with them.

2. Before you know it you will be dreaming of shoes but the shoes in your dream will not resemble the favorite pair you have been so focused on.  At this point you will realize the shoes in the dream are different and have the conscious realization that you must be dreaming.

3. Once you have this technique down and you are able to realize that you are dreaming you now need to begin to take control of your dreams and not have your lucid dream slip away from you.  In order to do this you need to do two things.  First, everyday when you see your pair of shoes that you are focused on or when you see a pair of shoes similar to your own pinch your finger.  Do this each time so it becomes automatic when seeing your favorite shoes means pinching your finger.  This trains the brain to associate your shoes with pinching your finger and allows you to premeditate the action that will follow seeing shoes in your dream.  It is important to know the goal of your dream before you fall asleep as it is far easier to pre-plan the actions than to make them up as you are dreaming.

4. Next you can practice premeditating your dream.  For example if you want to experience flying in your dream then each day when you see your shoes, pinch your finger and then follow it up by saying "it is time to fly".  After repeating these actions enough times you will suddenly dream of shoes, pinch your fingers and know that it is time to fly.  At this point you are really lucid dreaming.

5. The very last step is important for helping you to stay in a conscious dream long enough to actually benefit from your experiences.  This is the point when you want to incorporate the lucid dreaming binaural beats brainwave audio.  The most effective time to use it is first thing in the morning when you are barely awake.  Use a good pair of stereo headphones and plug into your binaural beats recording.  Within minutes it will take your brain to the exact frequency needed for conscious dreaming.  From there the rest is simple if you have trained your brain using the above steps.

The advantage to using binaural beats is that they allow you to experience lucid dreams far quicker than otherwise possible.  They also keep you from slipping out of your conscious dream into the Delta state.  Anyone can achieve the thrill of lucid dreams with a little practice, focus and dedication.  What you experience from there is up to you!
